Details: Join us for an exclusive tour of Northside Lofts. Designed for residents who enjoy city amenities and active lifestyles, Northside Lofts lies in close proximity to everything downtown Akron has to offer. The Northside Arts and Entertainment District is a mixed use development featuring both residential and commercial space designed to bring the flair and lifestyle of Manhattan to Akron.
We will be meeting at VegiTerranian at 5:30 for networking, free appetizers, and a cash bar. During the networking, everyone will have a chance to join one of several small group tours of the Northside lofts throughout the evening. Details: Get out your hometown spirit and come cheer on the Akron Aeros as they take on the Harrisburg Senators. Leave the office behind, but bring your business cards to Canal Park, Akron's state-of-the-art ballpark, designed by the same firm boasting Progressive Field (formerly known as Jacob's Field) and Oriole Park. This unique event allows for a fun networking opportunity, and is a great way to unwind from the work week. Don't miss this fun event with our YPs!
The cost of this event is $20 for paid YPA members ($25 for non-members), which includes game ticket and pre-game picnic. Discounted beer coupons will be available for $3 (regular price $4.25). Due to the limited number of seats, reservations and prepayment are required by Friday, April 18. Details: Support the Troops. YPA and USO are getting together for the second year in a row to put care packages together to send to our troops. The mission of the USO is to provide morale, welfare and recreation services to our military forces and their families. Help YPA do their part to support those serving. Lunch will be served.
